Service Terms & Conditions

First: Scope of Services

Rivals Media provides advertising, design, and creative production services, which may include, but are not limited to

  • Visual identity and brand design.
  • Logo, print, and marketing material design.
  • Creative content design for social media platforms.
  • Design of digital ads, posts, and banners.
  • Production and design of motion graphics videos.
  • Animation of logos and visual elements.
  • Production and design of visual and digital advertisements.
  • Advertising and marketing copywriting.
  • Management and design of campaigns and advertising content according to the agreed service scope.
  • Design of presentations and introductory and marketing materials.
  • Any other creative or advertising services agreed upon between the company and the client.

The details of each project — including the scope of work, required deliverables, duration, cost, and number of revisions — are determined according to the financial proposal, agreement, or contract approved between the two parties.

Second: Contracting and Project Approval

  • The project details, required services, cost, and delivery period are agreed upon with the client before work begins.
  • The client's approval of the proposal or agreement, or payment of the agreed amount, is considered acceptance of the scope of work and the terms related to the project.
  • The company begins executing the project according to the approved details after the agreed financial and procedural requirements are completed.
  • The service does not include any additional work or services not specified in the agreed scope of work; any additional work is priced separately after the client's approval.
  • The client undertakes to provide the company with the information, content, files, and materials needed to execute the project within the agreed time.
  • If the client delays providing the required materials, feedback, or approvals, the company has the right to adjust the execution schedule in proportion to the delay.

Third: Pricing and Payment

  • The value of each project is determined according to the scope of work and its requirements.
  • The client undertakes to pay the installments according to the schedule agreed upon in the proposal, contract, or invoice.
  • Some projects may require an advance payment before execution begins, as agreed upon.
  • The company does not begin executing the project until the required starting payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any additional work or substantial changes to the project scope may require an additional cost agreed upon in advance.
  • All prices, fees, and taxes, if any, are clarified to the client in accordance with regulatory requirements and the nature of the contract.

Fourth: Revisions and Approvals

  • The client is entitled to request the number of revisions specified in the approved proposal or agreement.
  • A revision means a change within the approved idea or creative direction, and does not include rebuilding the project from scratch or substantially changing the scope of work.
  • If the client requests changes that exceed the agreed scope of work, the company has the right to charge additional fees after notifying the client and obtaining their approval.
  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final versions and ensuring the accuracy of the data, information, names, numbers, and content they provide before approving the final version.

Fifth: Execution and Delivery Period

  • The execution period is determined according to the nature, size, and requirements of the project.
  • The execution period begins from the date of receiving all necessary materials and requirements from the client, in addition to completing the agreed payment.
  • The execution period may change if the client requests additional revisions, substantial changes, or delays in providing the required materials or approvals.
  • Final files are delivered in the formats agreed upon within the scope of work.
  • The service does not include delivering open or editable source files unless explicitly agreed within the proposal or contract.

Sixth: Intellectual Property Rights

  • The intellectual property rights of the works and deliverables under contract remain as agreed upon between the company and the client, in a manner that does not violate the relevant regulations.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the rights agreed to be transferred in the final deliverables are transferred after the client pays all financial dues related to the project.
  • The transfer of rights does not automatically include elements or materials licensed from third parties, such as images, fonts, music, clips, software, or templates, which remain subject to the terms of their owners' licenses.
  • The client warrants that the materials and content they provide to the company do not infringe intellectual property rights or the rights of others, and bears responsibility for any claims arising from materials they provided themselves.
  • The company has the right to display the executed works within its portfolio or marketing platforms to promote its services, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client regarding project confidentiality or non-publication.

Seventh: Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the nature of Rivals Media's services as creative and advertising services executed according to requirements and specifications determined by the client, the cancellation and refund policy depends on the project's status and stage of execution, while taking into account the rights granted to the client by law.

  • If the client cancels the project before the company begins executing the work, the refund request is considered according to the status of the request and the actual costs incurred, in a manner that does not conflict with any statutory right established for the client.
  • If project execution has begun, the amount due or refundable — if any — is determined based on the work completed and the costs and resources allocated to the project, taking into account the client's statutory rights.
  • The client is not entitled to claim a refund for the value of work that has been executed and approved or benefited from, in a manner that does not conflict with the rights and guarantees established by the applicable regulations.
  • If the service is designed or executed specifically at the client's request, cancellation and refund are handled according to the nature of the service, the stage of execution, and the relevant regulations.
  • If the company is unable to execute the agreed service or delays execution in violation of the agreed period, the matter is handled according to the contract concluded between the two parties and the applicable regulations, including the client's rights to cancellation or refund when the statutory conditions apply.
  • This policy does not affect any statutory right established for the consumer under the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Eighth: Complaints and Customer Service

  • Rivals Media is keen to handle clients' feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • The client can contact us through the official communication channels shown on the Contact Us page, specifying the order or project number and the details of the complaint or feedback.
  • The company works to review, respond to, and address the complaint according to the nature of the case, the scope of service, the contract concluded between the two parties, and the applicable regulations.

Ninth: Content and Advertising

  • Rivals Media undertakes to provide advertising and marketing services according to the information and data provided or approved by the client.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and commercial claims regarding their products or services that they request to include in the advertising materials, unless the company has undertaken the preparation of the content or claims within an independent contractual scope.
  • The company's services or the advertising materials it produces may not be used in a manner that violates regulations, laws, or the rights of others.

Tenth: Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Rivals Media undertakes to handle the clients' data and information obtained during the provision of services in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The client's information is not used or shared except to the extent necessary to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, or as permitted by the regulations, taking into account any privacy policy approved by the company.

Eleventh: Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control

  • The company is not responsible for delay or inability to fulfill obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as general technical failures, interruption of essential services, disasters, exceptional events, or any other cases considered force majeure according to the regulations and the contract concluded between the two parties.
  • In such cases, the company works to communicate with the client and take reasonable measures to complete the service or reschedule execution according to the nature of the case.

Twelfth: Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  • Rivals Media reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions when necessary, provided that the updated version is published through the company's approved channels and takes effect from the date of its publication, while taking into account the rights and obligations arising from contracts concluded before the amendment.

Thirteenth: Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are subject to the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are interpreted accordingly.
  • In the event of any dispute between the company and the client, the two parties first seek to resolve it amicably; if that is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with the applicable regulations.
